Affiliate Agreement Terms & Conditions

To join the Areii Affiliate Program, you must have a paid subscription to Areii, enabling access to all tools and features within the platform.

The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

The Affiliate Dashboard is integrated into your Areii account and can be accessed through the settings section.

The dashboard provides detailed information on your referrals, including the total number of signups, the email addresses used by these accounts, and how many are paying subscribers.

Affiliates can generate and manage their affiliate links and discount codes from the dashboard.

Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link and a direct signup page link to share with potential customers.

A custom discount code offering a 25% discount on monthly subscriptions will be provided to affiliates. This code should be used by referred customers during the signup process.

If a referred customer mentions the Affiliate in the "How did you hear about us?" field during signup but did not use the affiliate link, the Company will attribute that signup to the Affiliate within 30 days.

Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on monthly subscription payments made by referred users.

Commissions are paid only on subscription payments received by the Company.

Commission payments will commence after the Affiliate has earned their first $50 in commissions.

Commissions are paid monthly via ACH transfer. Affiliates must provide accurate banking information for this purpose.

Affiliates can update their affiliate code through the dashboard. By doing so, Affiliates assume all responsibility for updating any links or references to their affiliate code that exist on the internet.

Cookies set for tracking affiliate referrals are valid for 30 days. If a referred user signs up within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the Affiliate will receive credit for the referral.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Affiliates in writing, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Company will not lower existing affiliate commission percentages if the Terms are updated.

The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program immediately if the Affiliate is found to be involved in illegal activities or actions deemed harmful to the Company's reputation.

Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease all promotional activities and use of Company materials. Any unpaid commissions will be paid in the next monthly payment cycle.

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during their participation in the program. Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

Affiliates must not disclose, replicate, or use for their benefit any proprietary information, including customer lists, marketing strategies, and business plans, without the express written consent of the Company.

The obligations of confidentiality do not apply to information that is publicly available or already in the Affiliate's possession prior to joining the program.

Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Affiliate's breach of these Terms or any illegal or negligent actions by the Affiliate

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program. The Company's total liability for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.
